The ninth (9^th) Carver-Stephens Reunion will be held June 30 — July 3, 2006. Please plan your vacation around these dates. The registration fee is $60.00 per person. Fees are due by April 15, 2006. Late registration fees will be an additional $10.00.

Reunion Events

Registration and Hospitality Hour
Friday, June 30, 2006 — 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Stephens Elementary School - Stephens, Arkansas

Registration and Hospitality hour will be held at the Stephens Elementary School. We will discuss and plan the parade entries at this time.

Parade
Saturday, July 1, 2006 — 12:00 noon
Downtown Stephens

The parade will include an Antique Car Show and "Steppers." The Committee will provide signs for the vehicles signifying the year of graduation. Individuals will need to prepare any personal decoration for their cars.

Tour the Carver Cobra Museum at the home of Raymond Christopher immediately after the parade.

Raymond has acquired lots of memorabilia from the Carver School days. He would like to receive additional memorabilia from alumni. If you have items to be displayed in the museum, please mail them to Raymond at the above address. A donation of $1.00 is requested to tour the museum.

The guest speaker for Saturday's banquet is Mr. Artis Williams, Class of 1957. Mr. Williams taught in the Stephens School District for 34 years and two years in the McNeil School District.

Lunch will be served at 12:00 noon.

• Directions from Stephens: Take Highway 57 North to Highway 278. Turn left to Rosston. Turn right on Highway 200 and drive 1½ miles. Turn right at the Coleman Park sign.
   

• Directions from Camden:  Take Highway 4 to Rosston. Turn right on Highway 200 and drive 1½ miles. Turn right at the Coleman Park sign.

Advertisement for Souvenir Booklet — We will again have a souvenir booklet, but it is essential for us to have ads to pay for the expense of publishing the booklet. We encourage all families, individuals, and businesses to place an ad in this booklet. This booklet will also include a memorial section, a family section, a commercial section, and a class or city section. Following is the cost of ads:

It is possible that we may have failed to notify some of the alumni concerning this reunion. If you know of anyone, please send his or her address to the Committee, or inform them about the reunion. Also, if you know the whereabouts of any former teachers, please inform them that they are invited as complimentary guests. Their presence would be rewarding.
